About the Owner
Robert Sterling, Licensed Massage Therapist
With nearly two decades of experience, my career has taken me through some of the most specialized areas of bodywork.
I began in hospice care, providing comfort to those in need, then expanded into infant massage, working with newborns and pediatricians to support early development. My journey continued into chiropractic and physical therapy settings, where I served as both a clinician and manager, ensuring patients received high-quality care in a supportive environment.
This foundation led me to sports therapy, where I became the head neuromuscular and sports massage therapist for high school teams, later working with universities, tennis academies, and major tournaments like the Delray Beach Open and the Miami Open. I also collaborated with elite swimming academies, helping athletes prepare for Olympic qualifications.
Over time, I expanded my knowledge into geriatric care, in-home therapy, and post-surgical massage, working closely with plastic surgeons to support recovery. My career later brought me into the medical spa industry, where I refined my skills in both treatment and management. To gain a full-circle perspective, I also immersed myself in the luxury spa and hospitality world, refining the art of relaxation beyond the clinical setting.
Now, with Xhalé, I bring tailored bodywork directly to my clients - whether for recovery, relief, or simply a high-quality massage experience. My mission is simple: to provide exceptional, personalized care wherever you are.
